Kirby & the Amazing Mirror

Kirby is back in his first original game for the Game Boy Advance along with many familiar features. Copy powers allow Kirby to steal an opponents special ability to use for himself, allowing you to adapt to any situation. A new feature includes the ability to call in three other Kirbys to help defeat enemies and solve puzzles.

All is not well in the Mirror World. When Meta Knight sets out to make things right, he is defeated by Dark Meta Knight who then goes on to attack Kirby. Dark Meta Knight's sword slices Kirby into four different parts who proceed to chase Dark Meta into the Mirror World. Beyond collecting the 8 mirror fragments in Mirror World, Kirby will also need to save Meta Knight who is also somewhere within.

Differing from other Kirby games in the series, levels now resemble a maze - similar to Metroid and Castlevania games, putting it in the fan-named genre of Metroidvania. Since there are multiple paths through the mirrors, your adventure can be completed in almost any order.
